Bryan Irwin has over twenty years expert knowledge of the grain market and the stockfeed industry. In 1989 he founded Irwin Stockfeeds, having identified a need for customised feed rations and specialist nutritional advice for performance-based results. Bryan engages Nutritionists and Agronomists with a wealth of combined experience to assist customers in getting the very best out of their feeding regimes. Bryan’s passion and dedication to Dairy and Beef cattle fuels a constant drive to develop new and better feed products. Regular feed trials mean Irwin Stockfeeds is able to research and refine tailored nutrition solutions for ultimate performance.

Chris Liston brings twelve years of experience to the agricultural and grain industries. Chris oversees the management of Irwin Stockfeeds administration, production, transport and sales and nutrition divisions. His role is critically important to the procurement of raw materials. His expertise and knowledge of the grain market enables Irwin Stockfeeds to offer competitively priced, quality products to our customers throughout the year.

Robin Davies has been with Irwin Stockfeeds since 1996. As Administrative Manager, Robin provides support to all areas of the business, from ordering to invoicing. She is the first point of contact for customer service, information and general office inquiries.

Dr Glen Walker

Dr Glen Walker has over 20 years experience in the dairy and beef industries.  His career has focussed on the relationships between nutritional management of commercial pasture-based dairy herds and milk production and composition.

In his role as Senior Nutritionist with Irwin Stockfeeds, Glen’s extensive knowledge and experience will strive to enhance our clients achieve greater profitability from their dairy and beef enterprises through optimised feeding management.
 

Donna McAinch

As a Senior Nutritionist, Donna McAinch is a recognised leader in her field. She has a Bachelor of Agricultural Science and is respected across the Gippsland Dairy community for her extensive knowledge of ruminant nutrition. Donna specialises in scientifically customised feed regimes, tailoring Irwin Stockfeeds’ high performance products for maximised nutrition, sustained profitability and herd health. In addition, Donna is a respected mentor to aspiring Nutritionists in our Graduate Program.

Kylie Hakim

With over twenty years in the agricultural industry, Kylie Hakim has extensive expertise in dairy nutrition and stock feeds, specialising in farm, herd and feed appraisals. She also advises on Irwin Stockfeeds product formulation, development and pricing. Kylie has proven performance in sales and marketing and staff training and development. She was runner-up for the Stockfeed Manufacturers Development Award in 2003 and has been published in several scientific journals

Gerard Murphy

Gerard Murphy has a Bachelor of Agricultural Science and Resource Economics. His experience as a qualified agronomist enables him to provide Irwin Stockfeeds’ customers with advice on improved nutritional value of pasture cultivation for optimum herd health, performance and production. From this solid background, Gerard has built a sound knowledge base in nutrition and ration formulations to further improve dairy farmers’ profitability.

Jake Frecklington commenced in February 2010 and has an Advanced Diploma of Agriculture from Goulburn Ovens TAFE in 2009. He has gained invaluable knowledge and experience in the dairy and beef industry working his family owned and operated dairy farming business in Shepparton in the Goulburn Valley.   With this background, Jake is well suited to enhance our team of experienced ruminant nutrition and sales representatives.

Jane Sykes commenced with Irwin Stockfeeds in February 2010 and compliments our team of ruminant nutrition and sales representatives having completed a 4 year Agricultural Science degree with honours at the University of Tasmania in 2008. Jane’s passion lies in the nutritional health of dairy cattle which stems from her strong farming background on her family owned and operated 600 head Jersey Stud dairy farm in North East Tasmania. In 2005, Jane was awarded the Greenham’s Tasmania Beef and Dairy Scholarship and an Australian Wool Innovations Scholarship.
